How to manage a large number of resources?

First, define how similar your resources are. If necessary, categorize the resources. Create one resource for each category. Then use resource copying to create the rest of the instances.
For each category, create a resource group and add resources to it. Within a category, always use identical names for configuration elements: rules of work, price options, fields, pricing components, and reactions. If you need to display different names of the same element (price option, rule of work etc.) in different resources, you can use the Show another title to customers setting without changing the actual name of the element.
For mass updating resources in a category, use the transfer configuration function with the corresponding resource group.
You can also display in the reservation table a column with a specific price option value for all resources in the category. Read more about this here.
