How can I import my schedule using an .ics file from Google Calendar or any other calendar application?

Export the .ics file from your calendar application. Then open the rule of work calendar of your resource in Bukza.

After that, proceed to setting up the calendar in the iCalendar format.

We recommend downloading the current Bukza calendar settings as an .ics file to be able to restore them.

Finally, upload the .ics file from your calendar application and click Apply.

If the file format is correct, the calendar will update immediately.

You can also import the .ics file from Bukza to your calendar application or another Bukza resource if necessary.

For export and import in Google Calendar, use the instructions below:

Exporting a single calendar

Open Google Calendar on a computer.
Click on the gear icon in the top right corner and select Settings.
In the left menu, select Import & export.
Click Export to download an archive of all your calendar files in .ics format.

In the Import & Export settings of Google Calendar, click on Select file from your computer and find the .ics file.
Choose the calendar you want to add the .ics events to.
Click Import.
