This page outlines the current Subprocessors authorized by Bukza Pte. Ltd. ("Bukza") to process personal data on behalf of our business users ("Customers") in connection with our Service.

What is a Subprocessor?

A Subprocessor is a third-party service provider engaged by Bukza who may have access to, or process, personal data as part of providing infrastructure, functionality, or services that support our platform.

Current Subprocessors

Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES)
Purpose: Email delivery (transactional & notifications)
Location: Various global regions (selected by Bukza)

Google LLC
Purpose: Integration with Google Calendar to synchronize bookings (optional)
Location: United States and globally

Paddle.com Market Limited
Purpose: Payment processing
Location: United Kingdom and globally

Stripe, Inc.
Purpose: Payment processing (optional)

Purpose: Payment processing (optional)

Purpose: Notifications via LINE

Updates and Notifications

Bukza may update this list from time to time to reflect changes in our operational or business needs. If we add or replace a Subprocessor, we will notify affected Customers at least 14 days in advance (typically via email or Service interface).

Customers may object to a new Subprocessor in accordance with the terms outlined in our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
