How to configure Bitrix24 integration?

Sign in to your Bukza account. Go to the dashboard and click Templates and integrations.
Click Create configuration for Bitrix24, enter your Bitrix24 webhook URL, and then click Get configuration.

Where can I find the Webhook URL?

In Bitrix24, open the Applications section and click Add application.
Select Other.
Next, select Inbound webhook.
In the Assign permissions section, click Select.
Select CRM and save your changes.
Then, copy the webhook for calling the REST API and paste it into Bukza.

Integration configuration

To prevent duplicate contacts from being created, select the Search for duplicates by phone number and/or Search for duplicates by email checkboxes. Contacts and companies are searched first by phone, then by email. If a contact or company is found, it will be linked to the lead.
Add all required fields only to the lead. If you are using simple CRM mode, the created lead will be automatically converted into a deal and contact. Specify the rules for transferring fields (see the section below for more details).

How to add fields to a lead in Bitrix24

Open the settings.
Click the Forms and report settings tab and open Custom Fields.
In the window that opens, add the desired fields to the lead type.
You can also add a comment with order data to the lead, deal, and contact. The comment will include an order summary:

Setting lead fields

If you have added new fields or updated existing field values in Bitrix24, be sure to click Refresh Configuration in Bukza and save the settings.
To create a lead with the necessary fields, click Add Field. In the window, select the Bukza field from which the data will be taken. Then select the Bitrix24 field where you want this data to be transferred.
All fields from Bukza are converted to strings, with some notes:
  • Checkbox values are converted to '+' and '-'.
  • For dates, you can specify your own format, for example, 'dd.MM' for a short date or 'HH:mm' for time. If you leave the format empty, the default Bitrix24 date format will be used:
'yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss'. Select the fields Start UTC and End UTC in Bukza.
  • The total share count is '0' when the price option for the whole resource is booked, but the share count for this specific price option is '1' in this case.
To correctly transfer the values of lists and multi-lists, their values must exactly match the field values in Bukza. If they do not match, you will need to create more complex transfer rules. See below for more information.

How to transfer a value if the fields do not match

Suppose you have price options for the whole resource: Rate A, Rate B, Rate C. But in Bitrix24, these are represented as a list of values: A, B, C.
In this case, you will need to configure a separate field transfer rule for each price option. For each rule, set the settings as shown below:
In the end, your configuration will look like this:

Integration execution

You can send an order to Bitrix24 from the order management screen.
You can also send an order to Bitrix24 using a button, or automatically when certain events occur. To do this, create a trigger and add a task with the action Send order to Bitrix24. Learn more about how triggers work here.
