How to manage a large number of resources?

Start by determining how similar your resources are. If needed, organize your resources into categories. Create one resource for each category. Then, use resource copying to generate the remaining instances.
For each category, create a resource group and add the relevant resources to it. Within each category, always use consistent names for configuration elements: rules, price options, fields, pricing components, and reactions. If you need to display different names for the same element (such as a price option or rule) in different resources, you can use the Show another title to customers setting without changing the actual element name.
To update multiple resources within a category at once, use the transfer configuration feature with the appropriate resource group.
You can also display a column in the reservation table showing a specific price option value for all resources in a category. Learn more about this here.
