How to work with statuses?

An order can contain several reservations. Both the order and the reservations have their own statuses. You can create, change, delete statuses and change their sorting order.
To confugure statuses, go to the dashboard and open Parameters. Then on the Reservation settings tab click Configure statuses.

Order statuses

The order status lets customers and the manager know at what stage of processing the entire order is. When creating an order from the widget, it will receive the first status from the list.
Also, the order status determines whether the time booked in the order is blocked on the calendar. The corresponding parameter Blocks time can only be set when creating a status and cannot be changed after.
The order status can be changed on the order management form:
You can also change the order status with the trigger button. To do this, add a task with the action Change order status to the corresponding trigger. Triggers can be run from tables and from the order management form, as well as automatically at various events. Read more about triggers here.

Reservation statuses

The reservation status shows at what stage of processing the reserved service is. When creating an order, all its reservation will receive the first status from the list.
The reservation status can be changed on the order management form. To change it, click on the button with the current status, and it will change to the next status in the list.
You can display a similar button to change the reservation status in the table by selecting column Reservation status.
You can also change reservation statuses using a trigger. To do this, add a task with the action Change reservation status to the corresponding trigger.
